Having never used Hatfield Auto Centre before, when I started having problems with my Volvo I contacted them. I spoke to Ricky the owner who booked me in. I left the car with them, and they contacted me by phone. They had diagnosed the problem, sourced the part, and found out the cost. When I approved the price they ordered and fitted it. I will use them again, and have booked in my car for service and MOT in January.
